Opening statements begin in federal trial for ex-JEA execs accused in Jacksonville's largest fraud scheme

Opening statements will now begin Wednesday in a trial that is expected to last four weeks. Aaron Zahn and Ryan Wannemacher could get up to 25 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
