Open House for Winnebago Hall of Fame Recipient Norma Schmitt to be Held on Saturday

Back in June the City of Winnebago announced Norma Schmitt as the Winnebago Hall of Fame inductee for 2023.



To celebrate her induction there will be a Hall of Fame Open House on Saturday from 2 to 4pm at the Winnebago Municipal Center with a presentation at 3pm.
