Operation 'Trinetra' in Uttar Pradesh, India, which involved the installation of CCTV cameras in all 75 districts, has helped solve 295 crime incidents since its launch on July 10. The cameras have been linked to the police surveillance system and have aided the resolution of cases including murder, robbery, kidnapping, rape, and theft. Over 3.36 lakh cameras have been installed at strategic locations, allowing for round-the-clock video surveillance and quicker identification and tracing of offenders.
