Ontario winery testing new green Canadian technology to fight age-old threat to grape crop

Mildew and other fungi are threats to winemaking that are usually kept in check with fungicides, but new Canadian technology combining ultraviolet light, hydrogen peroxide and ozone is helping to kill these plant pathogens without chemical sprays.
