Ontario Liberal Mitzie Hunter confirms she's running in Toronto's mayoral race

Ontario Liberal MPP Mitzie Hunter has confirmed to Global News she will officially be running for Toronto mayor. She also said she does not plan on using 'strong mayor powers.'
