Ontario County Administrator Christopher DeBolt, Canandaigua Town Supervisor Cathy Menikotz and Canandaigua Mayor Bob Palumbo offered snapshots of accomplishments and looks into the future Tuesday as part of the Canandaigua Chamber of Commerce’s annual state of the town, city and county -- held virtually this year, of course.
