Onondaga County Sheriff’s Air 1 helps search for suspect after domestic with injuries in Manlius

Manlius, N.Y. — A Manlius woman called 911 Sunday night hysterical, saying her husband kicked in her door while she was sleeping and choked her, according to police dispatches.
E-911 dispatchers told police the woman initially said her husband may have a shotgun and that he appeared to be intoxicated so she ran down the road to call for help, according to the dispatches.
Manlius, DeWitt and state police, Onondaga County sheriff’s deputies, Manlius Ambulance and Onondaga County Sheriff’s Air 1 helicopter responded to the call at 10:14 p.m. on Manlius Townline Road in the town of Manlius.
