WESTMORELAND, N.Y. – The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office is trying to identify a man who died after he was hit by a car on Skinner Road in Westmoreland Wednesday morning.
According to Sheriff Robert Maciol, the man was walking in the middle of the road when he was hit by a driver heading southeast between Tudman and Moore roads around 6 a.m.
