One year after Ingenika tugboat sinking, critics continue to call for regulatory changes

Over a year has passed since the Ingenika tugboat sank south of Kitimat, resulting in the deaths of two men. Critics say there haven't been any notable changes made to improve safety on commercial tugboats since the accident.
