BEDFORD — A tragic accident claimed the life of a young woman and injured another when a car crashed into a guardrail on I-293 south near Bedford on Dec. 21 at around 12:45 a.m. State Troopers arrived at the scene following reports of a single motor vehicle accident involving a Chevy Malibu. The initial investigation
