One dead in road accident

The driver of the mixer vehicle, Ajmat Hussain (24), has been booked under sections 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 279 (rash driving or riding on a public way) of the Indian Penal Code as well as under sections of the Motor Vehicles Act.
