One arrest in fatal hit-and-run of Lakewood parafencer Terre Engdahl

Jimmy Lee Chavez, 40, was arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed accomplished wheelchair fencer Terre Engdahl on Friday, according to Lakewood police.
