Once again, state regulatory agency proposes to increase Aliso Canyon natural gas storage facility

The CPUC proposal comes as residents and environmental activists urge officials to shut down the facility, site of the massive 2015 leak. SoCal Gas insists the site is safe and necessary to meet state's energy demands.
