Beacon Community Services names Gueulette CEO
Tricia Gueulette has been named chief executive of Beacon Community Services effective June 10. She will succeed Bob Boulter, who announced his intention to step down from the position.
“Tricia has strong roots in the community, a good business sense and a passion for building and supporting inclusive and resilient communities,” said Carla Robinson, chair of Beacon’s board of directors.
Boulter will remain in the CEO role until Gueulette assumes office.
Gueulette’s professional background includes about 20 years of executive and senior leadership positions in community, employment, and vocational rehabilitation services across Canada. Her most recent role was leading the Canadian Veterans Vocational Rehabilitation Services program on behalf of March of Dimes Canada and WCG Services, headquartered in Victoria.
