Co-ops launch delivery service
KUWAIT CITY, March 8: The Directorate- General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has warned some operators at the Kuwait International Airport not to misuse ‘exemption permits’ which have been issued during the curfew period, while transporting workers to and from work, because as per instructions they are required only to show their official ID, reports Al-Qabas daily.
The Deputy Director-General for the Kuwait International Airport Affairs, Engineer Saleh Al-Fadaghi, said in a circular, a copy of which has been obtained by the daily, that based on the Ministry of Interior’s decision to exempt certain categories from requesting security clearance during the curfew if the ID is misused the violators will be subjected to legal liability. He called on the authorities operating at the airport to provide a follow-up mechanism for employees.
