Oman: Maha Energy enters into a JOA with Mafraq Energy for Block 70 in Oman

Maha Energy and Mafraq Energy have entered into a Joint Operating Agreement ('JOA') for Block 70 in Oman. Maha has assigned a 35% work interest to Mafraq Energy, while retaining a 65% interest.
