Oldham mill fire victim identified as Vietnamese migrant via immigration database, inquest hears

An inquest was today opened into the deaths of two people, including married Vietnamese migrant Uoc Van Nguyen (pictured), 31 after human remains were found at a burnt-down Oldham mill.
