Talia Foreman travels an hour to get milk.
The northeast Oklahoma City resident doesnât have a car and lives in an area with limited access to healthy and affordable food. Foreman takes a $4 dollar bus ride to Walmart in Del City for groceries. She shops for herself and three children, so the burden of carrying four to six bags on a bus limits what she can buy.
