from the first Lord Weather center meeting Jonathan Condra here with your updated storm timeline for friday evening. We have an upgrade to the risk. It's an enhanced risk now they are in orange that includes. Okay, see in central Oklahoma, that upgrade is for the wind threat coming in for tonight but there's still a tornado threat. Let's talk about our tornado index scale 1 to 10. It's a four in southwestern Oklahoma into the evening. Some discrete supercells bringing us a tornado risk, their watch for that south of Hobart and latin. But I even have it at a level two for Okay, see because there's a lot of, we'll call shear a lot of spinning in the atmosphere. So even though I may have a squall line or a bow echo coming into Okay, see tonight I think we'll have some rotating segments on that line. That's why we have the upgrade to the enhanced risk area in orange damaging winds 70 to 80 miles an hour possible. What's the timing? Late afternoon, early evening the area dark blue. That's 3 to 6 p.m. There's some overlap here. 5 to 8 p.m. In the light blue and then 7 to 10 p.m. In central Oklahoma. Again, storms will start northwestern southwestern Oklahoma merge into a complex. Let me show you what this is gonna look like as we go into the evening again. That timing, watch that squall line or bow echo forming, there's 10 o'clock you can really see the bow right there. That's where we're gonna see the enhanced damaging winds and some shears. A tornado risk. These storms move out of the area after two in the morning that we can enjoy a beautiful quiet weekend. Another severe weather threat is coming up on Tuesday and that has more of a super cell tornado risk to it. Make sure you tune in KO CIO five News Win five and six o'clock this evening.
