Oklahoma DA: 'Insufficient' information to charge BTK

An Oklahoma district attorney says there is insufficient information to pursue charges against serial killer BTK of Kansas regarding an Osage County cold case. But after he spoke, the Osage County Sheriff's Office disagreed with some of his comments.
