The Oklahoma County Jail and courthouse are experiencing issues because of this week’s winter weather.The Oklahoma County Courthouse will be closed Thursday because of flooding issues. Officials have not said how significant the damage is.Like many people across the city, the Oklahoma County Jail has water pressure issues. The Criminal Justice Authority said inmates will get bottles of water at meals, and they will put out barrels on each floor of the jail to manually flush toilets.
