Oil prices jump as OPEC warns of supply risks

NEW YORK, April 12 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices surged on Tuesday after the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) warned of severe supply risks if Russian oil is fully banned.
