OIG Finds Inadequate Internal Controls for EPA eDisclosure System

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Office of Inspector General released Additional Internal Controls Would Improve the EPA’s System for Electronic Disclosure of Environmental Violations. OIG evaluated EPA process for screening self-reported violations.
