Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose talks up Ohio business potential on visit to Northeast Ohio

For Black History Month, LaRose is highlighting minority businesses. On Tuesday, Feb. 15, he talked with minority business owners and students, offering advice and telling them about what his office can do to help entrepreneurs as part of efforts to spotlight Ohio's economic potential.
