An Ohio man charged with murder in the deadly shooting of his wife in November while their children were at home was arrested Friday morning by U.S. Marshals in Alabama.
Tremayne Burdine was wanted in the death of 30-year-old Tenisha Burdine. He was charged with two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault and one count of tampering with evidence, according to Dayton Municipal Court records.
Police were notified of the shooting after Tremayne Burdine dropped off his children at a relative’s home in Harrison Twp. The children were crying and said that their father shot their mother, a woman said in a 911 call.
