'Rogue' CMPD pursuit led to tragic death of young mother of two, lawsuit claims

A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against the City of Charlotte and two Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officers in connection to the death of a young mother of two who was caught in the middle of a high-speed pursuit two years ago.
