OGDENSBURG – Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the Marine Toys for Tots program is still making a happier Christmas for about 1,800 St. Lawrence County children this year.
“Our numbers were higher this year due to COVID. For the safety of our volunteers, we chose not to hold any toy drives, but we still placed all the donation boxes through St. Lawrence County,” said volunteer organizer Christina Reynolds.
