Official calls on AG to investigate Lackawanna County OYFS

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— Five employees were arrested on Tuesday and accused of neglecting the children they were supposed to protect. Lackawanna County Commissioner held a press conference Wednesday addressing the situation.
