Office of Attorney General asks Texas Supreme Court to block Ken Paxton deposition in whistleblower case

Attorneys representing the Texas Office of the Attorney General filed an emergency request Monday morning with the Texas Supreme Court, asking the justices to halt depositions from Ken Paxton and three of his top deputies in the ongoing whistleblower lawsuit.
