Off-duty DC police officer charged with DUI, resisting arrest

An off-duty D.C. police officer was arrested for DUI after court documents alleged that he was impaired when he showed up at the scene of a traffic stop involving his girlfriend, who was also suspected of DUI, in his marked police cruiser.
