OFCCP Revision Makes FAAPs Easier For Covered Federal Contractors

OFCCP revised its Functional Affirmative Action Plan Directive, recently to make it easier for covered federal contractors to obtain its permission to create AAPs by functional unit. Revision 3 provides requirements for a contractor seeking a FAAP Agreement with OFCCP.
