Ochsner Lafayette, Our Lady of Lourdes partners with United Way for health survey

Those 18 and older are asked to complete a survey by May 20, and from there, the assessment will undergo a review and adoption process by the boards of 10 Ochsner and Lourdes hospitals in Acadiana.
