Ocean City's 34th Street Market will not be back

The property that had long been home to the 34th Street Market in Ocean City has been sold, with plans being prepared for condos with retail on the first floor. After decades of running the place, the longtime business owner told a Philadelphia TV station that he was not ready to retire.
