Samuel Christopher Latterner, 'Chris', of Brewster, NY, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family at his home on Wednesday April 7, 2021. He was 74 years old.
Chris was born in Williamsport, PA, son of the late Samuel Neuhard and Mary Eleanor Eschbach. He grew up in Crestwood and New Rochelle, NY. Chris graduated from Concordia Prep High School, Bronxville, NY. Following high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, he was honorably discharged after four years of service. Following his service, he attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha receiving his bachelor's degree, he then continued his education at Hunter College School of Social Work receiving his masters.
