Koala trackers searching for the animals on the Sunshine Coast have not reported spotting any in Noosa National Park this year.
Queensland Koala Crusaders is an organisation that seeks to work collaboratively with local government, conservation and community groups focusing on improving and protecting the lives of koalas in the wild.
Former vice president and current member of the organisation, Eileen Walder, has spent more than five years dedicating her time to protecting the Sunshine Coast koala population.
