'No case to answer': NPA's first state capture trial in jeopardy, as accused argue for discharges

None of the accused in the National Prosecuting Authority’s first state capture trial believe that there is a case for them to answer – and all but one are applying for the charges against them to be quashed, without them being required to defend themselves.
