'No basis for immunity': Judge explains why he did not acquit man accused of killing Felicia Teo

SINGAPORE (The Straits Times/Asia News Network): There was no basis to grant absolute legal immunity to Ahmad Danial Mohamed Rafa'ee from ever being prosecuted for the death of Felicia Teo, said a district judge.
