One man, 20, was shot in the body and was pronounced dead in hospital
Another 20-year-old male and a 40-year-old male were also shot
They are in Queens General Hospital in 'non-critical' conditions
An NYPD spokesperson told DailyMail.com there had been a dispute between the victims and a group of people before the shooting
