NYC migrants busted in $5,300 shoplifting spree at Ulta, Macy's and other stores: cops

Three migrants staying at Manhattan’s troubled Roosevelt Hotel were arrested in New Jersey last week and charged with shoplifting $5,300 worth of clothing and perfume from several stores, according to police.
