NY AG James joins lawsuits claiming new Postal Service vehicles don't deliver for the environment – New York Daily News

The Postal Service purchased a new fleet of vehicles without thoroughly reviewing how the gas-powered trucks would affect the environment, in violation of the National Environmental Policy Act’s most basic requirements, according to the federal lawsuits filed in New York and California.
