Fielding questions from the press about Gov. Hochul’s budget proposal at the Capitol on Wednesday, Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie was asked about charter schools by New York Post Albany Bureau Chief Zach Williams. The former Bronx Democratic machine leader said, “I’m not answering any of the questions from the Post.”
