While none of the details presented in the town’s 2020 housing development summary were particularly surprising, it still provided noteworthy insight into how new housing has progressed over the last decade.
A total of 303 new units were built in the town in 2020, down 65 from the year before. Over the same period, it’s estimated Cochrane’s population grew by 788 residents (or 2.7 per cent).
