NTC-APEC Schools merger approved | The Manila Times

THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the merger of National Teachers College (NTC) and Affordable Private Education Center Inc. (APEC Schools), the two schools' parent company, iPeople Inc. (IPO), said on Tuesday.
