Rookie Cowboys back-rower Heilum Luki has been hit with a grade two careless high tackle charge in the wake of North Queensland's loss to South Sydney on Friday night.
Luki was charged over an incident involving Rabbitohs bench hooker Peter Mamouzelos and will receive a one-week suspension if he enters an early guilty plea or two weeks if he goes to the judiciary and is found guilty.
Rabbitohs Taane Milne (careless high tackle) and Liam Knight (dangerous contact) were also charged with both facing fines.
Milne will pay $1150 with an early plea and $1500 if found guilty while Knight has been hit with a 20 per cent loading because of two previous non-similar offences. He faces fines of $1600 for an early plea and $2100 if found guilty.
