November retrial set for Fairfield man, 22, accused of murder

Charged with a Christmas Day 2017 fatal shooting in Fairfield, Devin K. Lewis will face a new panel of jurors at 8 p.m. Nov. 1 in Department 9 in the Justice Center in Fairfield.
