The following real estate transactions were recorded in Polk and Dallas counties between Jan. 4-8, 2021.
EPC LLC, based in Johnston, paid Craig Properties LLC $1.7 million for multifamily properties located in Des Moines, Polk County real estate records show.
Properties in the portfolio purchased by EPC include:
- 1195 N.W. Aurora Ave., (pictured) which includes a three-story brick veneer apartment building with 12 units. The building was constructed in 1972. The property was valued at $568,000 in 2020.
- 1334 32nd St., which includes a three-story apartment building with 12 units. The building was constructed in 1967. The property was valued at $486,000 in 2019.
