According to Vice, a new law in Norway will force influencers to label all retouched photos on social media or face possible jail time.
The new law, which was an amendment to the country’s Marketing Act, targets advertisers and influencers compensated for modified posts. This includes any posts where “a body’s shape, size or skin has been changed by retouching or other manipulation.”
