MARCUS MCINTOSH, KCCI 8 NEWS, IOWA’S NEWS LEADER. STACEY: NEW AT 5:00. A CENTRAL IOWA FIRE CHIEF ARRESTED FOR DRIVING DRUNK IS ON PAID LEAVE TONIGHT. NORWALK FIRE CHIEF RYAN COBURN WAS PULLED OVER LATE SATURDAY NIGHT IN WARREN COUNTY AFTER SOMEONE REPORTED HIS TRUCK WAS SWERVING ON THE ROAD. AFTER FAILING SEVERAL SOBRIETY TESTS, COBURN WAS ARRESTED. HIS BREATH TEST RESULTS WERE MORE THAN TWICE THE LEGAL LIMIT TO DRIVE. COBURN HAS SERVED AS THE NORWALK FIRE CHIEF SINCE 2015. TH
