Northwest Georgia counties fight opioid crisis with new gear for law enforcement, education

There were nine Catoosa County fentanyl overdose deaths in 2021 — while just in January of this year, the county's coroner suspects the powerful synthetic opioid is responsible for eight overdose deaths.
