Fancy living Bay of Islands beachfront with your own cocktail bar, world-class golf facility and international-sized floodlit tennis court?
All this and more could be yours for just under $20 million.
This is a "country
mile" - in fact nearly thrice the price - ahead of any other Northland residential property sale post-Covid lockdown, according to One Roof editor Owen Vaughan.
"It's certainly at the top end of the Northland property market. Nothing has got even close to $20m – the closest price in the last 12 months was $7m and, post-Covid, $5.65m and the highest settled sale price in Russell in the last six months was $3.3m."
